David Movie
From the songs of his mother’s heart to the whispers of a faithful God, David’s story begins in quiet devotion. When the giant Goliath rises to terrorize a nation, a young shepherd armed with only a sling, a few stones, and unshakable faith steps forward. Pursued by power and driven by purpose, his journey tests the limits of loyalty, love, and courage—culminating in a battle not just for a crown, but for the soul of a kingdom.

Project 620 - James Ministry

I, Tal, am First Nations from Penelakut Island and Nisga’a. Christina is from Germany.

Together we epitomize diverse cultural interaction and seeing success in how two worlds progress together. Our sons, Corbin and Connor, are 14 and 16 years old and forging their way in life through lacrosse and camp counselling, among time with their peers.

ROOTS is largely similar, in that we blend traditional and contemporary knowledge to assist in making a better path in life for Penelakut people and beyond. ROOTS stands for Reclaiming Original Outdoor Technology and Skills where archery, kayaking, and many other initiatives take place alongside of the Penelakut community. Currently we have been part of a teen group developing and also other cultural and community events facilitated by the ROOTS team.

You can find more information about them at the link below and reach out through the contact details provided if you feel led to offer additional support: https://www.naim.ca/donation/tal-christina-james/

Current Staff Book Study

Streams of Living Water by Richard J. Foster

In this landmark work, Foster examines the "streams of living water" –– the six dimensions of faith and practice that define Christian tradition. He lifts up the enduring character of each tradition and shows how a variety of practices, from individual study and retreat to disciplines of service and community, are all essential elements of growth and maturity.
